Celebrity Chef Bobby Flay prepares a pre-marathon "Meal Of Champs"

Flay has a couple of eateries in New York and is the resident chef of the CBS "Early Show." He's doing Sunday's marathon, with a goal of finishing under four hours, and he's recommended, for the night before the race, a dish called Marathon Fettucine with Charred Tomato Sauce with Shrimp. It sounds nutritious and delicious even for nights that are NOT before a marathon.
