We say: This high-quality fold-up is remarkably sturdy, thanks to steel tubes in the uprights, frame, and console bridge, so it doesn't bounce too much underfoot or hiccup when you switch levels. The F3 boasts a decent number of programs, but the console lacks the range of quick access buttons the other treadmills offer, and it is a little difficult to navigate midrun. We like the Race Mode, which adds a pacer to programs such as the EZ Incline, where the treadmill rises so smoothly and gradually you hardly notice, and the HeartSync Mode, which automatically adjusts the incline to keep you in your target heart-rate zone.
