DOES FLAVORED COFFEE HAVE MORE FAT AND CALORIES THAN REGULAR COFFEE?

PUBLISHED 11/13/2006

It depends. Coffee made from flavored beans, such as chocolate macadamia nut (my favorite), is virtually calorie and fat free. Flavored beans are simply regular coffee beans that have been infused with compounds that offer more taste without any added calories.
