The Run the Beat 5k proceeds go to benefit the Law Enforcement Torch Run for Special Olympics. The course is paved, fast, and flat. The last half mile is a slight down hill for a great stretch to the finish! Distance is USATF certified. Race is a CARA Registered Race. Food and music provided. Tshirts guaranteed to every preregistered participant. Discounts for CARA members and those to register on line. Awards given to the top male and female finishers. Medals to the top three male and female finishers in 16 seperate age catagories! From 10 and under, 15-19, etc. to 80 and over.
