A beautiful and inspiring 9.3 mile loop course starting and ending the 4-H retreat center. Run on gorgeous well groomed trails that are well marked in the Shenandoah National Park. Trails include Hickerson Hollow, Dickey Ridge and the Appalachian Trail! Great aid stations at least every 3 miles.
