Race2: Saturday, August 16th 1/2mi Swim, 16mi Bike, 3.1mi Run For a description of the swim, run and bike courses go to the SBR Triathlon series web page at: http://www.sbrshop.com/triathlons/ Again this year the SBR Triathlon Series will have relay team competitions: Individual division rules apply to relays. Each relay team member will do at least one of the three disciplines: Swim, Bike or Run in that order. Any combination of two or three people, there are no age or gender groups for relays.
