We say: The Lite IV's outsole uses a new rubber compound and deeper grooves under the heel to better isolate and disperse impact shock. Reebok created a more breathable mesh upper and strengthened the reinforcing strips that run along the side of the upper for a more snug fit and feel. There's also softer mesh under the tongue to reduce skin irritation. Recommended for runners with higher arches looking for a lightweight everyday trainer or low-arch runners who need a breathable racing shoe.
