Runner's World Shoe Lab Test Results

We Say: This new shoe features an offset lacing pattern that better follows the natural contour of the foot and reduces pressure on top of the arch. The outside edge of the heel (where you normally land) is rounded to help control overpronation by making runners land more to the outside. Puma also added deep grooves in the forefoot, which makes this shoe the most flexible in their line, according to our Shoe Lab tests. Recommended for runners with normal arches looking for a lightweight stability shoe.

I found these to have the best fit for my feet, which are on the narrow side, and are really comfortable right out of the box. My arch felt very supported and the cushioning was great without it being too soft. Great overall shoe for my foot type, great shoe from this brand, never had tried any of their shoes before. .

Good fit for those with a narrow bridge and mild to mod pronation. The side lace prevents bunching of the material in the toe area. I would say that this is an excellent replacement to the Tenos III and well worth the little extra cost. I will be a repeat customer of this model..
