New Balance does a great job of maintaining brand loyalty by not screwing up successful shoes. The 715 is a perfect example. It updates the 714 (and the 713 before that) with the same design and materials. For $75, you get a great shoe packed with New Balance's best technologies. The 715 is still stable and extremely well cushioned (with full Abzorb cushioning). It has a supportive midfoot and a smooth-striking rearfoot. In fact, it's such a good shoe that many runners will have a hard time differentiating between it and New Balance's more expensive 763 and forthcoming 764.
