We say: This update is nearly half an ounce lighter than its predecessor, but features the same roomy forefoot and snug fit in the heel. The midsole incorporates firmer foam on the medial side for added stability, plus there's a plastic arch bridge that helps with heel-to-toe transition. Puma also placed its iCell cushioning in the heel and idCell in the forefoot for improved impact protection. Recommended as a training shoe for biomechanically efficient runners, or as a racing shoe for stability-shoe wearers.
