We say: A half ounce lighter than its predecessor, the 2:40 should feel better on your feet thanks to the full-length EVA foam insole and fewer overlays on the upper. The guts of the shoe remain the six-column Shox design in the heel and midfoot sections, along with durable Zoom air in the forefoot. The upper features more open, breathable mesh. Many wear-testers thought this was the best Shox shoe they'd ever worn. Recommended for average-build runners looking for a well-cushioned shoe.

Love this shoe! Tried others but this one is very comfortable and lightweight. But do go with a full size larger than your shoe size. I run about 25 to 35 miles a week and this shoe feels the best..

This shoe lasted about 6 months for me. It was a good shoe. Very comfortable. I loved that it did not have a tongue, it fit like a glove. Did lose its cushion sooner than other shoes I have worn in the past though. .
