We Say: It would take a book to describe everything about this new shoe, which was a full five years in development. Its most interesting feature: the exposed GEL cushioning units in the heel, which are attached to a plastic rearfoot support cradle that extends into the forefoot to help smooth out heel-to-toe transition. The upper is made of a superdurable sea-coral derivative that's extremely comfy and lightweight. Recommended for normal-arch runners looking for a great-fitting shoe.
Wear-testers Say: "Comfortable fit, and seemed like a cushioning/stability hybrid." -Don Rockford, 35, East Lansing
"These shoes felt like bed slippers, but may be priced higher than I'm willing to spend." -Christopher Garges, 30, Allentown

I did a lot of research on this shoe before purchasing it. Even though it is pricey, I fell in love with it after running my first mile. I believe that the people from ASICS know about a runners foot better than any other athletic company. Kudos for you!.

I was having knee and hip pain in my previous pairs and decided to do some research...with these sneakers, the pain is gone. The only pain I feel is muscle pain when I push myself a bit further. These are great, very stable shoes. Hopefully they will last. I have had them a month and put on about 80 miles, no wear yet. .
